Heather

Heather has been with Lillie's Childcare since 2015, but just recently stepped up into a leadership role. She has a Social work degree from Ohio University as well as STARS and CPR certifications. In her free time she like to fish with her family, care for their growing number of pets, scope out antique shops and take the occasional road trip.

Michelle

Michelle has been employed with Lillie's for almost 9 years. Shes our lead infant teacher. She completed WVIT training in 2014 and has her STARS and CPR certifications. In her down time she enjoys reading and writing.

Taylor

Taylor started with us in 2017. since then, she has stepped up as our lead 2 year old teacher and has completed her WV STARS and CPR. Most of her time off is filled with road trips, dog cuddles and classic movies.

Thea

Thea has been with the center for four years now. She has completed the STARS program, has her CPR certification and has begun working on her WVIT. Her and her husband recently welcomed their baby girl into their family. She fills her weekend with family time, baking and reading.

Lakyn

Lakyn has been employed with us for almost 2 years and is the lead teacher in the threes and fours. She has completed the WV STARS program and is trained in CPR. Lakyn is a travel enthusiast and has visited 8 states, She hopes to check off all 50!

Leah

Leah is our lead one year old teacher and just hit her one year anniversary at our center. She has already completed her STARS training. In her free time she loves getting outside. She's very artistic and enjoys making jewelry for her family and friends. She is hoping to enroll in college as an education major in the near future.

Shelby

Shelby joined our team a little over a year ago and spends most of her time with the infants. She just completed a dental assistant program and is excited to begin that journey. She enjoys book/movie series like Harry Potter and collects seashells and shark teeth.

Kaitlin

Kaitlin has been with us since 2020 and splits her time between Lillie's and a local doggy daycare. Her downtime is spent with her boyfriend, friends and fur babies.

Emma

Emma started with the center in early 2022. She comes from a big family and is the oldest of her 5 siblings so she's a natural caretaker. She's recently been offered an opportunity to move to Tennessee and well, unfortunately, be saying goodbye to her in the near future.

Makayla

Makayla joined our team about a year ago. She was recently accepted into the nursing program at WSCC. She enjoys going to the gym and sports in her free time.

Jenna

Jenna began her journey with us about 6 months ago and has been a great addition to our team. She's an animal lover with 2 dogs and 2 cats and a movie enthusiast, her favorite being The Grinch.

Chloe

Chloe is also a new addition, about 6 months ago, and spends her time at Lillie's in the one year old room. She is a busy nursing major at WSCC and loves to get outside with her friends and family in her spare time.

Ashlee

Ashlee started at Lillie's about 6 months ago and is also a nursing student at WSCC. She has a passion for softball and spends her summers and weekends being an umpire.

Courtney

Courtney was previously employed with us and just recently moved back and joined our team again. She is the leader of our after school program. Her favorite weekend activity is bowling and she just added a new kitten to her family.
